Refund policy

This policy applies to donations and to products purchased on gio-foundation.org. Last updated: 06/19/2026.


Donations
Donations (one-time or monthly) are charitable contributions to Gio Foundation Inc. and, by their nature, are non-refundable. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.

If you believe there has been an error —for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorized donation— please write to us at info@gio-foundation.org within 15 days of the charge and we will review it. Where appropriate, we will arrange a correction or a refund of the charge.

Monthly donations can be canceled at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation stops upcoming charges but does not refund donations already processed.


Products (merchandise)
Our products are made to order (print on demand). For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for choosing the wrong size or color.

We do replace or refund products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Write to us at info@gio-foundation.org within 30 days of receipt, with your order number and photos of the issue. After we verify it, we will send you a replacement at no cost or issue the corresponding refund.

Please do not send products back without coordinating with us first; we will guide you through the steps for each case.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong one, so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Refunds
Once we approve a refund, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take some time to process it and make it effective.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, please contact us at info@gio-foundation.org.
