Cancellation policy

This policy applies to monthly donations and to any purchase with recurring billing made on gio-foundation.org. Last updated: 06/19/2026.

Recurring billing
By choosing a monthly donation, you authorize Gio Foundation Inc. to automatically charge the selected amount at the indicated frequency (monthly), using your payment method, until you cancel. The amount and frequency are shown before you confirm.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with each charge, which serves as a receipt for that donation.

How to cancel or modify
You can pause or cancel at any time, with no penalty, in two ways:

1. From the "Manage your subscription" link included in your donation emails, or from your account.
2. By writing to us at info@gio-foundation.org with your donation details; we will process the cancellation promptly.

Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops all future charges. Donations already processed before cancellation are not refunded, except in the case of error (see Returns and Refunds).

Failed charges
If a charge cannot be processed, we will notify you by email so you can update your payment method. If it is not updated, the recurring donation may be paused, skipped, or canceled as appropriate.
