Terms of service

1. Acceptance. By using gio-foundation.org and making a donation or purchase, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use the site.

2. The organization. The site is operated by Gio Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS (EIN 42-2722026), registered in the state of Texas, USA.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to donate or purchase; or have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

4. Donations. Donations are voluntary contributions to the foundation. Except in the case of error, they are non-refundable and do not grant any goods or services in exchange. Tax deductibility applies according to the laws of your country; consult a tax advisor.

5. Products and pricing. Products are offered subject to availability and are made to order. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, including those that appear to be fraudulent.

6. Payments. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By paying, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method indicated.

7. Subscriptions (monthly donations). By choosing a monthly donation, you authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency until you cancel. See the Cancellation Policy for purchase options.

8. Intellectual property. All site content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Gio Foundation Inc. or is used with authorization, and may not be reproduced without permission. Images of individuals are published with their consent.

9. Acceptable use. You may not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to infringe the rights of third parties.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Gio Foundation Inc. will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the products.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.

12. Changes. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is the one posted on this page.
